I am happy with this machine.
The only drawback I find is that the black tube connecting the cuff to the machine, comes off frequently. It is not tight fitting.
Other than that, it is okay.
Cannot find the replacement cuffs April 22, 2010

The large replacement cuff does not work, error message E1. Have notified the Homedics website twice now seeking assistance on a replacement cuff only, to date, there has been no response back to my emails.
