I needed to replace my Lumiscope - which couldn't hold out. I got a recommendation on ADC and liked the selection available. It came from Medexsupply within a week double boxed :D ! As I do want to periodically take my own vitals I do have two issues. I liked D-ring on the Lumiscope. The guage can be difficult to read taking my own reading. Considering that is "off-label use" I can't really fault ADC. It is easy to use. I would check the product description carefully before you order as there are lots of colors and sizes to choose from. If I had to do it again, I'd give some thought to the 720, even though I only use it a couple times a week.

if you already have a good stethoscope, this is the best way to go. I use it regularly to keep up my manual BP skills.

This is superior compared to what was offered in the nursing home where I did clinicals, I'm a student and this was a good choice for me, very easy to read, and also very accurate! Highly recommended!

Bought this for my wife. She uses it almost every day. I asked her what she thinks of it and she told me that it's a great unit all the way down to the color.
